Returns and Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping is non refundable.

The customer must cover any shipping costs when returning an item/ items back to us.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ropeer.com

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to show in your account after a refund has been issued.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of receipt, to:  30 Stanley St, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1EG, united kingdom . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
